Technical Requirements for Zinc Alloy Die Casting

The technical requirements for zinc alloy die-casting mainly include mechanical properties, die-casting dimensions, and surface quality.

　　1. Mechanical properties: When die-casting patterns are used for inspection, and when die-casting parts are used for testing, the mechanical properties of the selected parts should not be less than 75% of the individual casting patterns.

　　2. Die casting dimensions: The geometric shape and dimensions of the die casting parts should meet the requirements of the casting process. If there are special requirements, the drawings should be indicated, and the dimensional tolerance of the die-casting parts does not include the slope of the casting. When machining the die-casting parts, the machining allowance is specified.

　　3. Surface quality: The surface roughness of the casting should comply with the requirement that there should be no cracks, lower layers, looseness, bubbles, or any penetrating defects, as well as wear, dents, and burrs in the casting.
